Clarity for moments of transition

When everything feels
mixed and hard
to navigate.

To weave, you first have to untangle.

I work with people to understand their situation as a system. Not to diagnose or fix it — but to bring structure, language and clarity to moments where everything feels tangled and hard to see.

From the noise to enough order to make decisions with clarity.

Does this sound familiar?

You don't need to be fixed.
You need to see more clearly.

A structured space
for thinking clearly in complexity.

Untangling is a short, contained analytical process designed to support clearer thinking in moments of complexity. It is not therapy, coaching, or motivational work.

It is a practice of systems thinking applied to human experience — an invitation to think clearly in moments of uncertainty, without simplifying what is genuinely complex.

The work happens through guided conversation, visual mapping and structural analysis tools. No fixed frameworks. No closed models.

This is not

  • Therapy or emotional containment
  • Coaching or motivational work
  • Strategic consulting
  • Quick answers or external instructions

Greater clarity

A clearer picture of what is actually tangled — and more precise language to describe your situation.

Reduced cognitive overload

Less noise. A clearer sense of what can move now — and what needs time.

A grounded basis

Not a life plan. A more honest foundation for decision-making within your real constraints — not the ones you imagine.

Two sessions.
A complete arc.

01

Session 1 · 60–90 min

Framing the situation

The first session focuses on understanding your situation as a system. Not to resolve it yet — but to make it legible enough to work with.

  • Clarifying what is actually entangled
  • Separating layers: work, identity, constraints, energy, expectations
  • Articulating the core tensions at play
02

Session 2 · 60–90 min

Sense-making & decision framing

The second session builds a more solid basis for decision-making. The focus is on trade-offs, constraints and sequencing — not quick answers.

  • Identifying what can realistically be addressed now
  • Naming what needs to remain unresolved for the time being
  • Clarifying which options or directions are worth holding open

Beyond two sessions — For some situations, two sessions are the beginning. If your process requires more continuity — a longer transition, an ongoing decision environment, a situation that keeps shifting — we can explore what extended accompaniment looks like.

For people operating in complexity —
with too much in their heads
and not enough clarity to move.

Untangling is for you if…

  • You are navigating a complex transition — professional, personal, or both.
  • Your trajectory is non-linear, hybrid, or hard to explain in one line.
  • You feel mentally saturated and need real space to think.
  • You are tired of empty discourse and quick fixes.
  • You think deeply — but what you see gets mixed and hard to organize.

Untangling is not for you if…

  • You are seeking emotional containment or therapy.
  • You are in active psychological crisis.
  • You are looking for quick answers or external instructions.

I have worked for years in complex, non-linear contexts marked by high levels of uncertainty, at the intersection of institutional, human and structural dynamics. My experience is shaped by academic training in development and systems thinking, as well as by lived processes of change, migration and adaptation across different cultural contexts.

I work through analysis, systems thinking and active listening. Not through fixed frameworks or closed models, but through precise language and the ability to identify patterns, tensions and real constraints within tangled situations.

I work with precision and warmth in equal measure. I'll ask the questions others haven't asked, interrupt when things get tangled, and keep the structure visible — while keeping you at the center.

Untangling does not emerge from a technique, but from a way of thinking: learning how to inhabit complexity without forcing decisions, and allowing moments of chaos to reveal insight and creative direction.
